To come up with a strategy that would motivate the farmers to grow millets, aware the buyers and help the government to implement policies for the same.
We came up with an event called “Embrace the millets’ – a gala event which gave a platform to buyers, farmers and government to put forward their problems, views, and solutions. Fetching a PR value worth Rs. 40 Lakhs, ‘Embrace the millets’ became an event worth remembering on radios and newspapers.
The event became a hub for all the farmers, buyers and government official to discuss and together, come up with a solution to the major issues faced by the farmers in growing millets.
Reviwell is a famous brand of Bhopal that deals in manufacturing of shampoo and FMCG products. The challenge that is was facing us that nobody took it as a sophisticated product besides the quality it was providing. Also, it wanted to make a presence in PAN India for which it needed a strong identity.
After a series of thought process, we changed the packaging of its bottles and packets.
The new packaging highly added to the Brand’s re-imaging and sales profit.
Despite being a 4-star hotel in Bhopal, NUSP’s restaurants were lesser known for its food. In fact, changing their menu and chefs didn’t help either. Also, they lacked a social media presence.
